Apple Preparing to Release Enhanced Lockscreen, Windowing in iPadOS and Redesigned Mac Apps at WWDC

Apple intends to launch an enhanced Lock Screen Windowing, iOS 16. It will also feature improved multitasking in iPadOS16 and watchOS 9. There will also be smart home features available in tvOS 16 and macOS 13.

Gurman is expecting “major improvements to multitasking and windowing” for iPadOS 16. Likewise, tvOS 16 will gain “more smarthome tie-ins.”

Bloomberg’s journalist said that although the Health app would not expand to Mac and iPad, it would get “plenty new features that work with iPhone [on iOS 16]” and Apple Watch. This was as expected.
