Garang Kuol is an Australian professional footballer. He was born on 15 September 2004 and plays as a forward with the Central Coast Mariners. He will join Premier League Club Newcastle United on January 20, 2023.
Early life
Kuol was created on September 15, 2004. His younger brother is professional footballer Alou Kuol. Kuol has three younger siblings and an older brother that manages the family football affairs. Kuol was born in Khartoum. His family fled to Sudan to find refugee status.

Playing Career
Kuol signed an agreement with the Central Coast Mariners Academy in January 2021.
Kuol made his Mariners’ senior-side debut on 21 December 2021 as a substitute for APIA Leichhardt. Kuol played seven minutes and was awarded the win in the FFA Cup.
Kuol made an A-League Men’s debut on April 5, 2022. Kuol scored a goal during the Mariners’ win over Wellington Phoenix 5-0. Kuol continued to score four goals in his first seven A-League Men performances.
Kuol was one of the two “Commissioner’s picks” chosen to play against Barcelona in the 22 A-Leagues All-Stars Game.
Newcastle United
Kuol, who had signed a pre-agreement to transfer to Newcastle United’s English Premier League side in the January 2023 transfer period, was reported as having been signed in mid-September 2022. Newcastle United signed Kuol on 30 September 2022. Kuol is expected to join Newcastle United in January 2023.
