The US Dietary Guidelines (USDA) recommend an adult limit of 300 milligrams of cholesterol per day. Some food sources include meat, full-fat dairy products, & egg yolks. Fried foods, fats, and sugar found in processed foods can damage your heart. Processed flour, sugar, and everything refined can lead to long-term health problems there can be health risks in drinking too much alcohol. For someone who might want to drink more than the recommended amount, it would be best to call for advice on how much is safe and what people can expect.
