American romantic writer, who wrote a novel entitled “How to Murder Your Spouse”has been found guilty of murdering her husband, in order to get a $1.4 million settlement from insurance.

A jury lasted eight hours to convict Nancy Crampton Brophy aged 71, for murdering Daniel Brophy, her husband of 25 years on June 2, 2nd June, 2018.
Crampton-Brophy denied the accusation during her hearing in Portland, Oregon.
Based on the prosecution among the writers of”The Wrong Lover” collection of novels “Wrong It’s never felt this just” novel collection that comprises “The Right Husband” and “The Wrong Lover” was in financial trouble after she killed her husband as a chef twice within a short time after his arrival at The Oregon Culinary Institute.

The woman was later detained after security footage spotted her car near of the site of the crime.
Crampton-Brophy has claimed that her appearance was because she is looking in the region for inspiration to write.
She also stated that the gun that officers claimed it was used in killing was also purchased for investigation.
