1.) Substitutes for this recipe are NOT PERFECTLY RECOMMENDED.

Dash or Two of Cayenne Pepper (optional If you’d like to spice things up a bit!)

The BUTTERMILK The Marinade

2 cups of low Carb Milk (I use Fairlife or Kroger’s CarbMaster Brand)

3 Tablespoons of Heavy cream (or heavy whipping cream)

4 Tablespoons Distilled White Vinegar (NOT Apple Cider Vinegar)

2 Eggs

Half 1 of KFC Spice Mix (listed above)


2 pounds of chicken Drumsticks or Chicken Breast Tenders as well as Chicken Thighs ( I make half drumsticks, and pieces of chicken breasts that are cut in half) Breasts)

2.5 Cups of Unflavored Whey Protein Powder (I make use of this Isopure Zero Carb unflavored)

Step 3.
