Marin Pongracic born on (11 September 1997) is a Croatian footballer who is a defender for the Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg. He is also a member of his country’s Croatia National team. 1860 Munich
Marin Pongracic began his football career as a player from the Bayern Munich academy and then moved to Ingolstadt the following year at age 16. He played 38 games at the under-17 and 19-year-old levels, before transferring to the 1860 age group in Munich in the year 2016 to pursue a career in professional football. Marin Pongracic was born in Landshut, Germany. The parents of his father Stribor and Andelka left Slavonski Brod, Croatia for Germany during the Croatian War of Independence.
