The PlayStation’s Days of Play event is scheduled to take place again in 2022. The annual event that typically offers sales on games from the first party and accessory items, PlayStation Plus subs as and the occasional exclusive release console or controller will be returning for a second year.
Although it’s not officially announced but we do know that the dates will take between May 25th and June 8th. This means it will actually start on Thursday in Australia.
We’ll give you more details when PlayStation has announced it and we’ve seen some of the deals, and they’re pretty good. The deals will be available all over PlayStation Store. PlayStation Store digitally as well as other retailers like JB HI-Fi, EB Games, Big W and Target.

Rumors of the launch of the 2022 PlayStation Days of Play sale started to circulate this week following the Cheap Ass Gamer Twitter account announced the date, 25 May through its twitter account. With no official announcement there were some who were skeptical about the date. This date has been supported by a different Twitter sale company, Wario64, along with other details that were previously not available.
Every year, the Days of Play sale features numerous major PlayStation digital games on sale. The sale last year included, for instance, substantial reductions in Ghost of Tsushima, The Last of Us 2, Demon’s Souls, and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. Days of Play is also popular for its sales on PlayStation equipment and accessories but also subscriptions such as PlayStation Plus.
